Services & Techniques
-
Full body (including face), excluding intimate areas. Glute work is included and often beneficial, but it is always optional and can be omitted on request. Professional boundaries are always maintained.
-
A glute massage focuses on the muscles of the hips and buttocks, which play a key role in posture, lower-back support, and movement.
-
I offer Swedish massage. While I do not provide traditional deep tissue massage, I am happy to work deeper and apply firmer pressure in specific areas based on your preference and needs.
-
Pain is not required for massage to be effective. While some areas may feel intense when working through tight muscles, discomfort should always remain within a comfortable, manageable range.
-
Swedish massage focuses on relaxation, circulation, and easing muscle tension using, rhythmic techniques. Deep tissue targets deeper levels of muscle and connective tissue and is often more intense, typically used for chronic tension or injury rehabilitation.
My approach blends relaxation with targeted firmness, without the intensity typically associated with deep tissue work.
Health, Safety & Comfort
-
We begin with a short consultation so I can understand any important health history, your goals for the session, and any areas of concern. You will undress privately, enjoy the massage, and redress privately.
-
Wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable.
Most clients undress to their underwear and are professionally draped with fresh massage towels at all times.
Some clients prefer to fully undress for glute work, while others choose to keep certain clothing on — all options are completely fine.
Bras may be left on, removed, or unclipped while lying face-down.
-
All equipment, linens, and towels are freshly laundered between every client. Hands are washed before and after each session, and all surfaces and tools are cleaned and sanitised to professional standards.
-
Gloves are worn when required or requested.
Gloves are latex free and considered hypoallergenic.
-
Please note all aromatherapy oils used contain Sweet Almond Oil. ENSURE TO ALERT ME TO ANY ALLERGIES.
The main oil used is otherwise grapeseed oil.
-
Yes. I work with clients experiencing chronic tension, pain, or have chronic conditions. Where necessary, I may advise adjustments or referrals to ensure your safety.
-
Firstly, congratulations!
Secondly, this depends on individual circumstances. Please note I am not qualified in pregnancy massage, so I will refuse service if you only mention this once you arrive. I recommend booking with a therapist who holds appropriate pregnancy-specific qualification.
I look forward to welcoming you in the future.
